Day 15: The First Eviction Awaits, Housemates Spill It All in Diary Room Confessions
Time’s flying in the Big Brother Naija house, and Day 15 was a whirlwind. With eviction on the horizon, tensions are high, hearts are on full display, and Sunday’s Diary Sessions left no secrets tucked away.
Victory’s Secret Assignment
Head of House, Victory, unveiled a secret mission given by Biggie: to come up with punishments for anyone who broke the house rules. The kicker? It was strictly confidential, he couldn’t tell a soul.
Bonds in the Mix: Friendships, Betrayals, and Love Triangles
Kola described his week as “all over the place,” but he also revealed a growing bromance with Bright Morgan, as well as meaningful connections with Sabrina and Gigi Jasmine. Sabrina called Kola her “bestie,” explaining how their friendship bloomed despite a different kind of spark earlier. She also spoke fondly of Doris, her “mommy”, whose closeness emerged after conflict.
On the flip side, Doris shared tearful truths, declaring she’s in her “villain era” after feeling betrayed by Jason Jae and Sultana. She accused Jason Jae of manipulating her to get closer to Kola, and dropped a jaw-dropping claim that Sultana peed in Dede’s box. Doris admitted she only cares for herself now and even confessed to spilling “everything about the guys” to Dede, fueling more drama.
Wager Win, Strategy, and Game Pressure
The week’s wager win brought some relief. Sabrina was thrilled to lead her team to victory after fearing failure, while Faith, after chatting with Otega, found a newfound calm. Otega revealed a crafty tactic involving Sultana: they’ll act as though they’re feuding for the cameras but secretly keep a truce behind the scenes.
Eviction jitters are setting in. Otega admitted that being mass-nominated made the game feel very real, and Kaybobo admitted to being anxious but still hopeful. Tracy confessed she hasn’t fully adjusted mentally, and Kola admitted he’s had “better days.”
The House as a Social Experiment
The Diary Rooms laid bare the social experiment that the house has become. Kaybobo admitted to hiding his food and complained about “fake people” and the guys vying for Dede’s attention. Jason Jae regretted not forming a bond with Joanna, and Kuture admitted being nervous about the eviction. Meanwhile, Big Soso described the house as “wonderful” and full of lessons.
Some housemates, like Rooboy, feel connected to everyone, while others, like Ivatar, feel entirely isolated. Under pressure, alliances shift, betrayals lurk, and one thing’s for certain: nothing is as it seems.
