The Independent Electoral Commission (INEC) has released a statement today about the resumption, on the collation of Governorship Election results in Abia and Enugu State respectively.
It stated that the reason for suspension of collation of the governorship election results in some parts of Abia and Enugu states was in order to carry out review on collation process in those two states
Therefore, the commission has concluded the review and the collation of the results in both Abia and Enugu will continue today 22nd March 2023 in a Statement by Festus Okoye for INEC.
It will be recalled that the election held on Saturday 18th March elections; only 24 states were declared and 2 states were declared inconclusive.
