Arewatees Limited is searching for a motivated and experienced sales and customer support manager to lead our sales and customer support department. Your goal will be to provide outstanding customer service to our clients by developing effective customer service procedures, implementing customer loyalty programs, and setting customer satisfaction goals.

To qualify for the role, the ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a sales and customer service position, with excellent knowledge of the latest industry trends and techniques. In addition to being an excellent communicator (written and verbal), you will also demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice and guidance to the Founder/Creative Director on Sales and Customer support
  • Recruit, supervise, mentor, motivate, and train the sales and customer service team
  • Develop service procedures, policies, and standards
  • Develop and implement sales goals, strategies, and targets
  • Identify, direct, and coordinate all activities on all sales channels
  • Assist in developing pricing strategy
  • Maintain accurate and detailed sales records; Develop sales report and forecast
  • Respond to customer queries and provide guidance with purchasing decisions
  • Track, resolve and document customer issues – follow up with assigned personnel to ensure timely resolution of problems
  • Collect, track and analyse customer feedback to improve customer experience
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and clients
  • Supply team with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
  • Coordinate with all internal stakeholders such as product design and development, marketing, inventory etc. to ensure a seamless buying experience
  • Ensure up-to-date customer data across all data management systems
  • Monitor competitor product offerings and industry developments; Suggest best practices to areas of improvements (pricing -> purchase -> product return -> customer support)
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities

Job Requirements:

  • First degree (BSc/HND) in communication, business, administration, management or another related field
  • Minimum of 3 years proven work experience as a Sales and Customer Support Manager or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
  • Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
  • Leadership and interpersonal ability
  • Experience in providing customer service support
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Customer service orientation

Preferred:

  • Female for gender balance
  • Not more than 35 years of age
