The Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Olukayode Ariwoola, has stated that anyone seeking an appeal beyond the Supreme Court must go to God.
In a viral video, the CJN stated that the Supreme Court is the supreme court where the jurisprudence of the right to a fair hearing can be advanced.
Ariwoola’s remark comes at a time when opposition parties are contesting the tribunal and court of appeals’ dismissal of some governors.
