Appeal Court Gives Verdict on Sack of Uba Sani As Kaduna Governor
The Court of Appeal affirmed Uba Sani‘s election victory on Saturday, March 18.
The appellate court dismissed the PDP’s case challenging Sani’s election as Kaduna state governor in a new ruling issued on Friday 24th November 2024.
As a result, the court pronounced Sani to be the legitimately elected governor of Kaduna state, reaffirming the tribunal’s prior decision.
