“BBNaija 10: Delta Governor’s Aide Threatens to Sue Organizers Over Dede’s Loss to Imisi”:
An aide to the Delta State governor, Ossai Ovie Success, has sparked controversy by threatening legal action against Big Brother Naija organizers following housemate Dede’s second-place finish behind Imisi in the show’s Season 10 finale.
In a social media post, Ossai claimed that Dede was “robbed” of the title, arguing that the voting was biased and manipulated. He suggested the producers were reluctant to allow another Delta contestant to win after Kellyrae, also from Delta, won in Season 9.
He insisted that Dede deserved to win not because of her state origin, but because of her performance and the pride she brought to viewers.
In Ossai’s own words:
“Dede was robbed by BBNaija organisers because Delta boy Kellyrae won last year. She deserves to win this season … She’s supposed to be the winner … I will be suing Big Brother Naija on behalf of Dede because the voting was rigged.”
Imisi was officially crowned by the organizers as the winner of BBNaija Season 10, taking home the grand prize of ₦150 million.
The aide’s claims have drawn mixed reactions online, with supporters of Imisi arguing that her win was fair and backed by the published voting statistics, which reportedly showed a significant lead for Imisi over other finalists.
