Biopic of Giorgio Armani in Production Under Title “Armani, The King of Fashion”
Italian producer Andrea Iervolino has announced that he is developing a new biographical film about the late fashion icon Giorgio Armani. The film, titled Armani, The King of Fashion, has been in development for several months, driven by Iervolino’s “personal desire to pay tribute to one of the greatest innovators of international fashion and an indelible symbol of Italian identity worldwide.”
The screenplay is to be written by Bobby Moresco, known for his work on Crash and involved in Iervolino’s upcoming Maserati biopic.
Although details remain limited, the project aims to explore both Armani’s professional ascent and aspects of his personal life, shedding light on the man behind the couture and the legacy he leaves.
