Who Can Apply?
The scholarship is available for full-time undergraduate students from all 20 Local Government Areas (LGAs) in Bauchi State. Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be an indigene of Bauchi State.
- Possess a valid National Identification Number (NIN).
- Hold a valid matriculation or admission number from a recognized government-approved tertiary institution.
- Be enrolled in a full-time program. Note: Part-time students and those in short courses are not eligible.

- Two passport photographs.
- Indigene certificate to prove residency.
- School ID and fee receipts.
- Certified transcript from their institution’s registrar.
- Letter of identification from the Local Government of origin.
How to Apply
Candidates must visit any approved BSSB registration center to complete their application. The application form costs ₦1,200, with an additional online registration fee of ₦300. After registration, students will receive an acknowledgment slip, which must be submitted for institutional verification.
