Former Big Brother Naija star Ike Onyema has called on the show’s organizers to refrain from evicting any housemate during the first month of Season 10, which began airing in late July 2025
His request comes after Biggie nominated all 28 housemates for possible eviction during Monday’s process. Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Ike wrote:
“Abeg no evict any housemate yet for like the first month.”
He emphasized that viewers are still getting to know the contestants and highlighted how entertaining several of them have already been:
“Koyin and Sabrina are pure entertainment but guess who really has my attention.”

With the first eviction scheduled for Sunday, his plea is clearly aimed at giving viewers more time to form attachments and fully assess who stands out in the new season.
Why this matters:
- No evictions early on could help audiences build stronger connections with their favorite housemates.
- Allowing the show to breathe before eliminations might showcase individual personalities, dynamics, and narratives more richly.
