Kelsey Parker, the beloved podcast host and widow of The Wanted’s Tom Parker, has spoken with heartbreaking honesty about the loss of her baby boy, Phoenix Parker‑Lindsay.

In a deeply emotional interview on ITV’s Lorraine, Kelsey revealed that the couple’s third child, her first with partner Will Lindsay, was stillborn just before his due date. She described coping day by day and acknowledged the strength she’s drawing on during this painful time:

“I am strong… For me, we take each day, and each day looks so different for both of us.”

To create a sacred space around this grief, Kelsey stepped back from social media, despite the outpouring of love from well-wishers. She said it was “a lot to face,” and she needed that time for herself and her family.

Earlier in June, Kelsey shared a poignant Instagram letter to her “angel” son, Phoenix:

“There is no preparing for this kind of heartbreak… grief and gratitude can exist together… I carry you in my heart, always.”

On her Instagram, she also revealed a heartfelt poem titled “For Phoenix, Born Sleeping, Forever Loved,” honoring the brief yet impactful presence their son had in their lives:

“Our precious boy, our angel light… No breath you drew, no eyes to see / Still, you mean everything to me.”

The announcement struck a chord with fans and fellow celebrities alike. Kelsey received a wave of heartfelt condolences from public figures such as Giovanna Fletcher, Kate Ferdinand, and Paul C. Brunson, reinforcing how deeply her courage is admired.

Kelsey also thoughtfully asked for privacy, explaining that while she appreciated all the love, “we as a family are given space and time to process this devastating and earth‑shattering news.”
