Simon Ekpa arrested in Finland

On Thursday, a well-known pro-Biafra separatist activist, Simon Ekpa, was apprehended by Finnish authorities. As reported by the Finnish news outlet HS, police officers accompanied Ekpa as he was removed from his dwelling in Lahti.

According to HS, their crew had arrived at Ekpa’s residence for an interview, but they were taken aback when the Finnish police force, KRP, responded to the separatist’s doorbell instead. The HS team stated that KRP prevented them from entering Ekpa’s apartment and advised them that the interview would be rescheduled for a later time
