Nasarawa Governor’s son ties the knot in a low-key ceremony in the US (Pictures)

Zakari Sule, son of Nasarawa State Governor Abdullahi Sule, has tied the knot with his partner, Alysa, in a private ceremony in the United States. The couple exchanged their vows at the serene McKinney Roughs Nature Park, Texas, in the presence of a few family members and close friends.

Zakari, who is the first child of the governor’s second wife, had a simple wedding, attended by the governor and a few of his aides and associates, including Tanimu Sarki, the commissioner for Lands and Survey, Yusuf Maianguwa, the senior special assistant to the governor on liaison office, Abuja, and Aliyu Tijani.

Photos of the wedding were shared on the governor’s chief press secretary, Ibrahim Addra’s Facebook page, with a congratulatory message to the newlyweds. The post read, “Congratulations to Alysa & Zakari Sule on their wedding ceremony at the McKinney Roughs Nature Park, 1884 State Highway 71, Cedar Creek, TX 78612. H.E Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule, in the company of some government officials and friends, attended the ceremony”.
